DHJC prides itself on being an inclusive community, where all of our congregants feel welcome and accepted for who they are. We welcome and value the diversity of our members’ abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, skin colors, family structures, and world views, and strive to create a culture of respect, tolerance, and acceptance, and a sacred space where members are enriched by each other’s participation in our community.
We also make sure that:
- Worship services are fully accessible
- Our building and bima are wheelchair accessible and our sanctuary is equipped with assistive listening devices and large print prayer books
- Remote viewing of worship services is in the process of being initiated.
If you need any additional accommodations to participate in DHJC programs, please contact our Executive Director at executivedirector@dhjc.org.
